Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Dothan, Alabama.

You will prepare patients and equipment, operate fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities, scrub in for sterile procedures, and support interventional radiologists in a fast-paced setting. This role requires one year of IR tech experience, ARRT/RCIS/RCES, and BLS, with benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• One year of IR Technologist experience.
• ARRT or RCIS/RCES certification compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment (fluoroscopy, CT, ultrasound) to guide procedures.
• Scrub in for sterile procedures, pass instruments, maintain sterile field.
• Monitor and document patient vitals and procedural details.
• Administer contrast media and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Ensure radiation safety for patients, staff, and self.
