Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide licensed nursing care in patients' homes or approved infusion sites, following a physician plan of care under close supervision. You will perform treatments, educate patients and families, and document care in real time to ensure safety and continuity.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have infusion nursing experience or strong interest, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience requested.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing care plans and treatments.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Modifies plan of treatment based on physician orders and patient status.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit and documents findings.
• Communicates with the clinical team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
