Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to deliver safe, high-quality care in patients' homes or approved infusion sites. The role emphasizes adherence to physician plans of care, timely documentation, and clear communication with the clinical team.

You will work under close supervision, provide patient education, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure continuity of care. A valid RN license and CPR certification are required, with travel to patient sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel to patient sites.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and oversees basic nursing plan of care in home or infusion site.
• Delivers direct patient care, administers medications, and educates patients/families.
• Documents care in real-time and communicates with the Clinical team.
• Coordinates discharge planning and maintains compliance with policy.
