Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Travel Infection Control Specialist RN in Wakefield, RI to coordinate, develop, implement, and monitor infection control and employee health programs across facilities.

The role requires an active RN license in RI, 3–5 years in infection control/employee health, and preferred infection control certification; familiarity with regulations, and MS Office proficiency are ideal.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of assignment.
• 3–5 years in employee health or infection control preferred.
• Infection control certification preferred.
• Knowledge of state, federal and JC regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access preferred.
• Compliance with professional standards of practice; CPR and health certificate as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, implement, and monitor infection control and employee health programs.
• Serve as a resource to administration, medical staff, and hospital services.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and provide staff guidance.
