Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Valid Ohio RN license.
• 2–4 years direct patient care experience in hospice or home care.

Responsibilities

• Manages patient load and coordinates with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality hospice services.
