Job summary
Otterbein SeniorLife seeks a Part-time/PRN Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Ohio. As a mission-focused nonprofit, we deliver person-centered care and support to residents and families.
Responsibilities include teaching families, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring Medicare conditions are met. Qualifications: BSN preferred; valid Ohio RN license; at least 1 year of home health experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; graduate of approved nursing program.
- Valid Ohio RN license.
- Minimum 1 year direct patient care experience in home care.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients and families in home health as prescribed.
