Job summary

Process HVAC Solutions, LLC in Secaucus, NJ seeks an experienced Site Manager (Foreman) specializing in BMS controls to lead critical data center installations. Candidates must oversee on-site teams, interpret complex diagrams, and coordinate with multiple trades to ensure safe, on-time completion.

You will manage procurement, QA, and commissioning support, with travel up to 60–80% as required, and uphold high safety standards in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as Site Foreman or Supervisor in controls installation.
• Experience with chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, boilers, and pumping systems.
• Willingness to travel/relocate; security clearance up to Secret level possible.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Experience coordinating with multiple trades in data center or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site installation of BMS control systems including panels, controllers, sensors, actuators, and wiring.
• Interpret system drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, I/O schedules, and sequences of operation documents.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life safety trades for seamless integration.
• Conduct QA checks and support loop testing and calibrations.
• Manage material deliveries, storage, and proper handling of control devices.
• Enforce safety policies, lockout/tagout, and PPE usage.
• Lead field engineers; supervise tasks to ensure productivity and quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation including redlines, progress reports, and checkout docs.
• Assist commissioning engineers during startup and testing.
