Job summary
Process HVAC Solutions, LLC in Secaucus, NJ seeks an experienced Site Manager (Foreman) specializing in BMS Controls to lead critical data center installations. You will supervise low-voltage installations, interpret drawings, and coordinate with multiple trades to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with top safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in controls installation, strong leadership, and willing travel (60–80%).
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Site Foreman or Supervisor in controls installation, ideally data centers.
- Strong knowledge of BMS controls, low-voltage installations, and commissioning.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on critical projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site BMS control installations including panels and wiring.
- Interpret drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life-safety trades.
- Ensure safety compliance and quality throughout installation and commissioning.
- Maintain documentation and assist commissioning engineers during startup.
