Job summary
Process HVAC Solutions, LLC in Lawrence, PA seeks an experienced Site Manager (Foreman) specializing in BMS Controls to lead on critical data center projects. You will supervise low-voltage controls installation, interpret drawings, coordinate trades, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery from installation through commissioning.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of site supervision in controls installation, familiarity with PLC/HMI/DDC systems, ability to travel 70–80% and to obtain
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven Site Foreman or Supervisor experience in controls installation
- Experience with data-center or mission-critical environments is preferred
- Willingness to travel and relocate for assignments
Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site installations of BMS control systems and associated wiring
- Interpret drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life-safety trades
- Ensure safety, quality, and cost controls from installation to commissioning
- Maintain documentation, and assist commissioning engineers during startup
- Lead site team meetings and communicate with clients and contractors
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, and material logistics
- Uphold company safety policies and regulatory compliance
