Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
  • In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and support PdM training on technologies, tools, and standardized processes.
  • Provide hands-on coaching in condition-based and predictive maintenance practices.
  • Develop, standardize, and improve PdM training materials and competency programs.
  • Partner with teams to identify skill gaps and improve technician capability in equipment condition monitoring and diagnostics.
  • Define, design, and monitor an asset's maintenance plan and provide technical support at sites.
  • Troubleshoot and restore routine technical service problems.
  • Maintain documentation of maintenance schedules and configurations.
  • Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
