Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Reliability Engineer to advance asset reliability through Predictive Maintenance (PdM), condition monitoring, and reliability best practices across sites. A key part of the role is delivering PdM training and hands-on support to build technician capability, with travel up to 75% to support site reliability and training.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% across sites and locations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school accepted.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn maintenance software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PdM training and capability development across supported sites.
• Provide hands‑on coaching in condition-based and predictive maintenance practices (e.g., vibration analysis, infrared thermography).
• Develop, standardize, and improve PdM training materials, procedures, and assessments.
• Partner with reliability, operations, maintenance, and training teams to identify skill gaps and improve technician capability.
• Define and refine asset maintenance plans and provide technical support for mechanical equipment.
