Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations with store leadership.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track and communicate changes clearly.
• Travel to project sites across the US, up to 1000 miles from home, with extended periods away.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for associates and ensure safety and quality standards.
