Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead and deliver remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the United States. You will supervise hourly teams, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding high quality standards.

Expect frequent overnight travel (up to 100% time away). The role emphasizes project ownership, stakeholder communication, and developing associates through coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field is preferred; 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams; Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned Walmart stores and clubs.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders to minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop associates by supervising, mentoring, and providing growth opportunities across project teams.
