Job summary

Sterling Industrial, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler in Point Pleasant, WV. This full-time role reports to the Assistant Project Manager and requires heavy travel and/or relocation to out-of-state sites.

The Scheduler will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with engineers and superintendents, perform CPM analysis, and ensure alignment with WBS and reporting. A construction-related bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred.
• 3+ years of heavy civil construction scheduler experience.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the project schedule.
• Coordinate with construction engineers and craft superintendents.
• Perform CPM analysis and update schedules as needed.
• Ensure the schedule integrates with WBS and master schedule.
