Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage job cost reporting; track quantities and prepare reports

• Prepare payment applications and status reports for client
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and project correspondence
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor contracts and change orders
• Support field engineering, planning, cost control, and procurement
• Conduct site quality control, safety, and productivity inspections
• Assist with project handoff and close-out documentation
• Relocate as needed”
