Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
• Experience in heavy industrial scheduling preferred.
• Experience managing teams of schedulers on integrated schedules.
• Experience in delay claims and change orders.
• Knowledge of project controls software such as Primavera P6 and inEight Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, procurement, and construction staff to plan and schedule projects from concept through construction.
• Develop resource-loaded schedules with milestones, approvals, and long-lead items.
• Create schedule logic, realistic durations, and allocate manpower and resources.
• Assess design changes and delays; inform management and clients of updates.
• Apply project control concepts to maintain critical path networks and historical data for forecasting.
• Provide guidance for resolving complex project control problems and deliver schedule health reports to clients.
