Job summary

Sterling Industrial LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multi-project sites with heavy travel and occasional relocation. The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and on-site coordination to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates have 15 years of construction experience, a strong grasp of design-build projects, and proficiency with Primavera, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage job cost reporting, track quantities, and forecast costs and schedules.
• Coordinate with estimating and project teams to build and maintain schedules.
• Prepare payment applications, update schedules, and report status to clients.
• Coordinate with customers, QC, and project management on submittals, RFIs, and reports.
• Negotiate change orders and manage contracts and payments to subcontractors and vendors.
• Support field engineering, planning, procurement, and on-site supervision as needed.
• Review plans/specs, manage revisions, and interpret contracts and pricing impacts.
• Relocate as required and contribute to project handoffs and close-out.
