Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support the Industrial Engineering Team and Engineered Labor Standards program across the national DC network. You will develop standards, analyze processes, and train management and staff to ensure productivity improvements.

Responsibilities include evaluating layouts, implementing improvements, and testing labor-related changes across facilities. This role requires extensive travel (75%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Experience with Warehouse/Operations Management and time studies.
• Skills in Labor Management Systems and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and SQL Developer.
• Experience with stopwatch studies, work sampling, MTM/MOST.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineered labor standards for distribution functions in the C&S network.
• Study and analyze current processes and recommend improvements.
• Implement and train DC management and hourly staff on proper methods to sustain productivity.
• Travel to other facilities as needed; 75% travel required.
