Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks an Industrial Engineer to define work elements, observe floor operations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in distribution centers nationwide.

You will lead SOP development, train staff on engineered labor standards (ELS), and manage strategic projects such as layout optimization and slotting. The role also involves translating requirements into WMS configurations and traveling up to 90% to support sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of related experience or HS diploma with 5-7+ years of specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Define work elements, complete floor observations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in DCs across the United States.
• Trend analysis of DC performance, efficiency, and capacity.
• Review, refine, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead training for warehouse staff explaining engineered labor standards (ELS).
• Project management of strategic projects including layout optimization, slotting/pick paths, racking configurations.
• Support/coordinate WMS configuration; translate operational requirements into WMS configs/solutions.
• Up to 90% travel is required.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
