Job summary

Sysco Corporation in Broward County is seeking an outside Sales Consultant to promote products and services and grow new and existing accounts. The role focuses on building relationships with customers and achieving sales and profit goals inside an extensive Florida territory.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline, OR 3 years of restaurant management or B2B/outside sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED with 3 years restaurant management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience including completion of the Sysco Sales Internship.
• Bi-Lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth within assigned territory.
• Research customer needs and develop a mix of products and services to meet goals.
• Attend meetings and participate in sales/district events; manage orders and customer relationships.
