Qualifications

• Minimum two-year technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical, digital, and electronic technology.
• Minimum two years in field engineering servicing complex electro‑mechanical devices and high demand customer locations.
• Demonstrated customer management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a large service territory and assets.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to the component level.
• Provide telephone and email technical support to Product Service Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Un-crating, setup, and testing EFI Inkjet printers with a Certified Electrician.
• Provide initial and ongoing customer operator and printer maintenance training.
• On-site troubleshooting and repairs for complex electrical, mechanical or pneumatic issues.
• Submit detailed technical feedback via the CMS during/after visits.
• Travel up to 75% of the workweek; occasional weekend work; travel to customer sites.
