Job summary

Ralph L. Wadsworth is seeking Experienced Equipment Operators for a Spur, TX project requiring travel. Housing and/or per diem are offered. The role involves operating multiple types of heavy equipment to prepare job sites and meet specifications.

We value safety, reliability, and strong work ethic. Candidates should be able to work weekends/holidays as needed and perform laborer duties as required on a fast-paced project.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of heavy equipment operating experience with multiple types of equipment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be willing to perform laborer duties as required.
• Able to work safely under pressure with time constraints in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate three or more types of heavy equipment (e.g., backhoe, excavator, dozer, loader) to prepare job sites and meet grades.
• Connect attachments, adjust hydraulics, and maneuver equipment to construct/grade roads, pads, and excavation sites.
• Demonstrate safety standards and work overtime weekends or holidays as project needs dictate.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintenance checks on equipment.
