Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction in El Paso, TX seeks experienced Equipment Operators to join our team. You will operate heavy equipment to prepare job sites, maintain production, and ensure safety on demanding projects.

Applicants must have at least 4 years of heavy equipment experience and a valid driver’s license. Weekend/holiday work may be required. We offer competitive pay and robust benefits to support growth and career development.

Competenze

Minimum 4 years of heavy equipment operating experience with multiple types of equipment.
Willing to perform laborer work.
Ability to work safely under pressure with time constraints in a changing environment.
Frequent gross body movements such as bending, lifting up to 75 lbs, twisting and standing.

Mansioni

Operate heavy equipment (e.g., backhoe, excavator, bulldozer, grader) to prepare job sites per grade requirements.
Attach/detach tooling and connect hydraulic systems as needed for operations.
Load, move, level, and grade dirt, rocks, and debris safely to meet production goals.
Perform routine maintenance checks and report equipment usage hours daily.
Adhere to safety standards and project procedures; perform duties with minimal supervision.
Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as project needs require.
