Job summary

Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction in Texas is seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our team. You will proficiently operate multiple heavy equipment types to prepare job sites, follow grade requirements, and work safely under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of heavy equipment operating experience with multiple types of equipment.
• Ability to perform laborer tasks as required.
• Safe operation under pressure and time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (backhoe, excavator, dozer, loader, etc.) to prepare job sites and meet grades.
• Attach/detach implements, monitor hydraulics, and ensure safe operation.
• Maintain equipment, perform basic maintenance checks, and report usage hours.
