Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks motivated individuals for an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee program. You will enter a 12-month mix of field and classroom training, located at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, traveling 80–100% during training.

After completion, you’ll relocate to a territory to become a Sales Professional, selling automotive software and services. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with minimal violations.
• Willingness to travel 80–100% during training and relocate after training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and drive sales with quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing automotive customers.
