Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/engineering field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with variable frequency drives and industrial automation.
- Industry experience in HVAC, energy, oil & gas, metals, or power conversion.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, drive controls, and system integration.
- Proficiency with PLCs and industrial communication protocols.
- Ability to travel up to 75%, including international assignments.
Responsibilities
- Lead start-up, commissioning, and optimization of AC drives at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hands-on troubleshooting.
- Support customers with application expertise for peak efficiency.
- Manage on-site service delivery, documentation, and coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales, training, and improvements.
