Qualifications
- 5+ years in electrical field service, commissioning, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
- Hands‑on with industrial drive systems and motor controls.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with startup and commissioning of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform commissioning, startup, testing, and servicing of drive systems.
- Troubleshoot drive, motor-control, and related electrical issues.
- Support installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions in the field.
- Conduct system performance checks and functional testing.
- Provide technical guidance to customers on-site.
- Prepare accurate service reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering/service teams on complex issues.
- Lead field activities or small technical teams when required.
- Support scheduled and emergency service requirements.
- Maintain compliance with site and safety requirements.
