Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is expanding its IT support team to maintain and enhance technology infrastructure across skilled nursing and senior living facilities.

The IT Support Engineer will work closely with clinical teams to ensure reliable technology operations and secure access to patient data Responsibilities include implementing EHR systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and traveling to facilities for deployments and projects.

Qualifications

• Healthcare IT experience within skilled nursing or senior living.
• Experience supporting healthcare information systems in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC).
• Ability to juggle multiple facilities and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve enterprise technology infrastructure and end-user computing across facilities.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize EHR systems and clinical apps with enterprise integration.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to meet workflow needs.
• Maintain secure, compliant technology environments and perform risk assessments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and cloud issues; provide end-user support.
• Travel to facilities for onsite support and deployments.
