Qualifications

• Two years of field engineering experience or three years in service desk with growth.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within South Carolina and adjacent areas.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain healthcare information systems and clinical applications.
• Deploy and troubleshoot end-user devices, OS, networks, and cloud tech.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to improve usability and workflows.
• Ensure HIPAA and SOC-compliant security and data protection.
• Perform facility visits, risk assessments, and modernization opportunities.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff and stakeholders.
