Qualifikationen

• Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Healthcare IT experience or exposure to regulated environments preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within South Carolina.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and SOC compliance is a plus.

• Support and maintain healthcare information systems to ensure reliable operations across facilities.
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize end-user devices, OS, network, and cloud tech.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to improve system usability and workflows.
• Ensure secure data exchange and HIPAA/SOC compliance.
• Visit facilities for assessments and risk evaluations to identify issues.
• Provide responsive technical support and communicate with internal stakeholders.
