• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Support and maintain healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, and clinical applications.
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize end-user devices, OS, network, and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to assess workflows and improve usability of tech solutions.
• Ensure secure exchange and protection of healthcare information per security standards.
• Perform facility visits, risk evaluations, and identify modernization opportunities.
• Provide responsive technical support and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
