Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to maintain and enhance technology infrastructure across skilled nursing and senior living facilities.

You will partner with facility and clinical teams to ensure reliable technology operations and secure access to healthcare information. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, performance optimization, and delivering technology solutions that improve efficiency and patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of field IT support or infrastructure experience.
• Hands‑on with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) and AD/file shares.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare IT security, HIPAA, and SOC standards.
• Ability to travel up to 80% to facilities within the state.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve enterprise technology infrastructure across facilities.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize EHR systems and clinical apps.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders on workflows.
• Maintain secure, compliant environments with security controls and risk assessments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and cloud issues for end users.
• Travel to facilities for onsite support, assessments, and deployments.
