Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Field Engineer to deliver technical support and infrastructure services across skilled nursing and senior living facilities. The role includes managing healthcare IT environments, EHR platforms, and security/compliance while supporting clinical and business applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of field engineering experience, OR
• Minimum of three (3) years of service desk experience demonstrating continual growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain healthcare information systems, electronic health record (EHR) platforms, and clinical applications to ensure reliable technology operations across multiple facilities.
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize end-user devices, operating systems, network infrastructure, telecommunications systems, and cloud-based technologies.
• Partner with facility leadership and healthcare professionals to assess workflow needs, improve system usability, and enhance the effectiveness of technology solutions.
• Ensure secure exchange, accessibility, and protection of healthcare information by implementing security best practices and supporting compliance requirements, including HIPAA and SOC standards.
• Conduct facility visits, technical assessments, and risk evaluations to identify operational issues, security vulnerabilities, and opportunities for modernization and continuous improvement.
• Provide responsive technical support, communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and facility teams.
