ScionHealth is seeking a Resource Business Development Liaison to support hospital-level marketing, referral development, and census growth through dual roles in business development or clinical liaison. This 100% travel position partners with hospital and corporate leadership to execute marketing strategies and ensure compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare or post-acute marketing and sales
• Experience with LTACH or similar setting preferred
• Experience managing a sales team preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and private payor systems required

Responsabilités

• Lead hospital-level sales and marketing initiatives.
• Train Clinical Liaisons and marketing staff in referral development.
• Evaluate marketing team performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and contractual obligations.
• Support census growth through marketing plans and referral strategies.
• Conduct market assessments and support branding strategies.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and executives on special projects.
• Measure effectiveness of sales and marketing activities against goals.
• Perform patient assessments to determine clinical eligibility as Clinical Liaison.
• Coordinate referral-to-admission process and care transitions.
• Educate physicians and case managers about LTACH services.
