Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and checks-in patients scheduled for imaging services; processes payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals and authorizations.
• Register patients and verify insurance information; maintain front desk operations.
