Job summary

This position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm with no weekends, and includes insurance verification, patient payments, and receptionist duties to ensure a welcoming patient experience during visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• One year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; process payments and co-pays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls professionally; relay messages to staff.
• Schedule appointments, verify orders, and coordinate referrals.
• Verify insurance, pre-authorizations, and manage documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and patient information flow.
