Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team in Minnesota. You will greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and support imaging services with a cheerful, professional demeanor.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Prior customer service and basic computer skills are preferred, with familiarity of Microsoft Office a plus. DailyPay is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients scheduled for imaging services and process payments as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals and authorizations.
• Serve as liaison between imaging technologists and patients; relay scanner status and clinic information.
• Maintain front office lobby and office supplies; assist with general cleanup and tasks.
