Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems and typing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; process payments and copays.
• Answer phones and route calls to Center Team Members.
• Schedule referrals, confirm appointments, and manage confirmations.
