Job summary

Span Construction & Engineering, Inc. seeks a General Foreman who will travel to work sites across the United States. This front-line supervisory role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to mentor Employee-Owners and subcontract labor on site.

You will ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and to Span standards while coordinating with the Superintendent and clients. Travel to multiple project locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years trade experience.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid certifications required.
• Certified Aerial Platform and Forklift Operator licenses preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and mentors Employee-Owners and crews to meet project schedules.
• Promotes safety and enforces company safety policies on site.
• Reads and interprets drawings and plans to guide onsite work.
• Coordinates with Superintendent and clients to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Maintains daily reports and logs for project progress and issues.
