Job summary

Dynetek Solutions is seeking a General Foreman to supervise multiple construction crews, enforce safety standards, and manage resources to meet project deadlines and budgets. You will act as the crucial liaison between project management and field operations.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and hands-on oversight of safety and quality across sites. Travel to regional job sites may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional supervision training preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required or obtainable within 90 days.
• 5–8 years in construction with 2–3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate multiple construction crews and trades.
• Develop and maintain crew work schedules and monitor attendance.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct daily safety briefings.
• Review plans, coordinate material deliveries and equipment mobilization.
• Prepare daily progress reports and monitor expenditures.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain positive working relationships.
• Inspect sites for progress, compliance, and quality.
