Job summary

The Foreman will work closely with construction workers and supervisors to ensure things run smoothly at a job site. They will coordinate the tasks for the day, develop schedules for workers and oversee the quality of the project and ensure all safety rules are followed.

Travel is required. The role emphasizes leadership, clear communication with owners, subcontractors and internal staff, and mentoring the self-performing labor force to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years supervisory construction experience.
• Effective communication with owners, subcontractors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks and develop worker schedules.
• Oversee project quality and safety compliance.
• Mentor self-performing labor force.
• Complete project documentation as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in drafting and completing punch lists.
• Manage tools and equipment.
• Ensure lead times allow timely delivery and scheduling.
