Pearce Services in Lowell, MA is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. This fast-paced role suits responsible, self-directed individuals willing to travel and grow in the telecom industry.

The position is regional with travel within 60 miles of Lowell; after-hours and weekend calls are required on occasion. Company provides per diem, travel costs, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the Pearce Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
