Qualifications

• CP-FS certification required or obtainable.
• ServSafe certification a plus.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by employer).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with standards.
• Implement and monitor food safety practices.
• Train and educate staff on safety procedures.
• Investigate food safety incidents and determine root causes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain records.
• Influence others with tact and provide constructive feedback.
• Work in an autonomous role with a flexible schedule.
