The role includes a four‑week paid training period to build skills in electrical systems, programming, and networking. The starting salary is $60,000–$75,000 with per diem, mileage, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Four-week paid training to prep for field work.
• Basic foundation in electrical systems, programming, and networking.
• 3+ years in a related field such as electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.
• Must live within 50 miles of a major airport and have a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support data center startups with on-site checks (mechanical, electrical, control).
• Lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehousing/manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to test and troubleshoot on-site.
• Provide clear progress updates to customers and project teams.
• Navigate travel rotations: 5 on/2 off, 10 on/4 off, or 14 on/7 off.
