Starting salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000, with per diem, mileage reimbursement, bonuses, and growth opportunities. Six-month raises and comprehensive benefits support ongoing development and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must love travel and be willing to be away from home on rotation.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, programming, and networking basics.
• Adaptability and grit; thrive with changing plans and challenges.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Technical degree or 3+ years hands-on experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Support data center startups, performing on-site mechanical, electrical, and control checks.
• Lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse fulfillment and manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with automation and controls engineers to test and validate systems on-site.
• Communicate progress clearly to customers and project teams.
• Travel rotations follow 5 on - 2 off, 10 on - 4 off, or 14 on - 7 off.
