Job summary

CAMP Facility Services in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Operations professional to manage on-site activities, budgets under $5,000, and coordination with subcontractors and vendors.

Candidates should have construction experience, ability to travel up to 75%, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in NAV/ProCore/Sage and MS Office. Travel to remote markets is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel at least 75%.
• Construction experience required, multi-family preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in NAV, ProCore, or Sage preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and schedules for projects.
• Determine material, subcontractor and labor requirements.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings.
• Coordinate on-site activities of Camp employees and vendors to meet goals.
• Buy-out of jobs within a construction budget under $5,000.
• Review invoices and timesheets for accuracy and contract compliance.
