Job summary

Canon Business Process Services seeks a Field Support Representative to join a temporary in-house talent pool. The role covers mail, copying, reception, and related admin tasks across client sites, with up to 75% travel required.

The FSR will visit multiple sites within the region, providing coverage when others are out. Strong customer service, reliability, and basic computer skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a must
• Ability to work overtime & meet deadlines
• General supervision and instructions given for routine work and detailed instructions given for new activities or special assignments
• Capable of performing basic job functions in a fast-paced mailroom/office environment

Responsibilities

• Ensures total customer satisfaction through understanding of customer expectations and proactive problem identification
• Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail and packages; wrap, seal, and dispatch outgoing mail
• Log outgoing/incoming items and ensure accuracy; may deliver items to client locations
• Organize and distribute supplies; monitor inventory of copy supplies and toner
• May operate and maintain copiers, fax machines, scanners and related equipment
• Provide reception services and support for site managers; assist with occasional document scanning and shipping preparation
