The role emphasizes service, sales, and building memorable travel experiences. Preferred candidates include those with Spanish language fluency and a willingness to work PM shifts with flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles.
• Flexible with PM shifts and 2 consecutive days off (midweek).
• Digital literacy in navigating web-based applications, emails, messaging, and searches.
• Clear, cheerful, and courteous communication.
• Prior attendance and performance reliability.
• Demonstrates privacy in handling personal data.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner.
