Job summary

ADT is seeking a Travel & Expense Specialist to support, execute, and optimize spend across Travel & Expense spend categories. You will drive visibility, policy compliance, and value through program support of end users, ensure expense report accuracy, and monitor supplier performance with Concur and related vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in travel management, procurement, or corporate T&E.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of Travel & Expense, including governance, policy tracking, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with internal travel operations, Finance, and external Travel Management Companies to support travel needs and sourcing.
• Coordinate and advise on T&E sourcing activities with Sourcing team, including market research, RFx, supplier evaluation, and contract review.
• Analyze vendor performance data, corporate card spend, and travel trends to identify opportunities for consolidation and policy adherence.
• Support supplier relationship management strategies to monitor KPIs and SLA adherence for continuous improvement.
• Support program communication, change management, and user training for travel tools and expense policies.
• Assist cross-functional partners in monitoring and updating key travel and expense policies.
