Job summary

ADT is seeking a Travel & Expense Manager to drive strategy, governance, and optimization of ADT's end-to-end T&E program. You will oversee travel, expense, and corporate card operations, ensuring policy compliance, traveler satisfaction, and strong financial controls.

You will manage SAP Concur configurations, workflow implementations, and data integrations while collaborating with Finance, IT, Security, and business units to support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field plus experience in T&E, expense operations, or procurement.
• MBA or related master's degree is a plus; certifications (PMP, CPM, CPSM, etc.) are preferred.
• Experience managing travel, expense, and corporate card programs, including policy, audits, and supplier performance.
• Experience with Travel Management Companies, booking tools, and ERP/HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills including advanced Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own ADT's Travel & Expense program including strategy, policy, governance, operations, traveler experience, compliance, financial controls, risk, and cost optimization.
• Administer SAP Concur Travel, Expense, and Request with configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• Oversee daily expense operations, reimbursements, policy exceptions, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Bank of America corporate card program and reconcile with SAP Concur.
• Lead sourcing and supplier governance for travel, expense, and card services including RFx, contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Coordinate integrations across SAP Concur, ERP, HRIS, finance, and reporting platforms.
